Having spoken to a member of our team about making a reservation, you will be advised on what the next steps entail. Our after-sales team will help guide you through the relevant documentation and forms of identification you will need to begin the purchase.
The four main items we will need in order to proceed with your purchase are a completed reservation form, a photo id, proof of your main home address and a digital proof of your transferred reservation fee.
Our after-sales team will then begin the exchange process, notifying the relevant solicitors and ensuring that the necessary legal document are in place. After reviewing the contracts, your solicitor will conduct due diligence and provide a full legal report.
If you require any further assistance our Progression Team will be on hand to assist you throughout the process. We can also help you with a recommended solicitor if you so require. In most circumstances, we would advise using a recommended Solicitor as the complexities can often be simplified by a solicitor who is well-versed on the development you’re purchasing.
