Emma has worked in the property sector for over 20 years, previously heading up the progression team for one of the largest property developers in the UK. Utilising her expert knowledge of the sector and her unrivalled organisational skills, Emma was able to lead a large team of progressors in exchanging and completing hundreds of properties each year.
David started his career in the Banking and finance sector working for one of the world’s largest banking organisations. Since December 2020, David has taken over as Head of Sales at Elavace leading the team of investment and senior investment consultants to ensure that all clients needs are met.
Michael has worked in the creative sector for over 14 years, working with international brands ranging from Jack Daniels and Converse to HMV and Embraer. His previous positions have seen him sit as the head of design for some of the UK property sectors largest players. Today he heads up the marketing department here at Elavace, helping cement the brand for future growth.
Over the past 12 years, Keith has consistently helped investors from around the world to navigate the UK property market, diversify their portfolios and secure the best deals. He has successfully negotiated and facilitated property transactions worth over £50million and has built an incredible amount of trust in the relationships with his clients.
Leah is an experienced and incredibly knowledgeable Portfolio Manager at Elavace. She has 10 years of experience in the property sector, working with some of the biggest names in the industry, covering various aspects such as residential investment, commercial investment, portfolio management and market research and analysis.
Over the last 7 years, Tom has garnered a wealth of knowledge from working in both the residential and commercial property sectors. Working with a range of different businesses, from small independents to large FTSE250 housebuilders, has given Tom a great understanding of all aspects of the industry from finance through to construction.
Sean began working in the property sector over 13 years ago, forging his career as a sales negotiator within a well-known high street estate agent. Today he applies his expert investment experience here at Elavace, where consultants within the business have access to his fantastic knowledge when advising clients. The office wouldn’t function the same without it being filled with Sean’s infectious laugh and lasting support.
Jack's role as Financial Controller started with Elavace back in 2019 after a number of years working for a large Merseyside developer. His experience and understanding of financial modelling have been crucial to aid the expansion of Elavace and its subsidiary companies.
Having come into the property sector after finishing university 4 years ago Henrietta has worked her way up to joining our progression team. Henrietta’s main focus is to guide and support investors through the progression process as well as enable clear communication between all solicitors and clients.
